You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use CellarSage. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Abuse AI features through automated or excessive requests
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights
AI Features
CellarSage includes AI-powered features for wine identification, recommendations, and chat. AI responses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional wine advice, medical advice, or investment guidance. Always use your own judgment when making decisions about wine consumption or purchases.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Intellectual Property
CellarSage, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Ampli Group. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CellarSage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that drinking window estimates, valuations, or AI recommendations will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampli Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CellarSage.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
